What to prepare
for your Cake Smash photo session
Your cake smash session is tailored to suit your little one. Please let me know if you would like any specific decorations as the decorations and/or balloons are all set up before you arrive. Cake can be decorated to your taste as it is provide by you. You have to bring it with you or just simply let me know and we can discuss it before session.
Cake smash session can last up to an hour. There is the option to have regular family and individual photos taken before the cake. Not all babies like cake, so please make sure that you test it out first and give your little one a taste of cake before the cake smash.
What to bring
Bring a cake (unless arranged differently with me).
Please remember to bring a drink for your little one, cake eating is a very thirsty business.
Also a change of nappy and clothes.
Cake smashing can get very messy for you too, so please remember to bring a spare set of clothes. If you’d like your little one to be wearing a party dress or just jeans for their session please bring them and an extra set of clothes.
A first birthday only happens once.
What better way to celebrate your little one’s first birthday than with a Cake Smash Session!
These sessions are incredibly unpredictable and so much fun! Sometimes your little one will need help getting started with the cake, but we almost always make a mess.
